Question: How about priests? Can they do the laying on of hands?

God’s answer:

Their hands are blessed.

Question: Aside from priests, are there those who can do this?

God’s answer:

Church clergy
To administer the rites.

Other non-Catholic Christian clergy can also do this but only to administer rites such as sacramental rites and blessing of people

FOR ALL OTHERS: Here’s God’s concession for those who feel he/she or they must pray over people:

God’s answer:

Minimize contact. If you must, wash up first.

This is what you should do:

  1. Wash your hands with Holy water

  2. Say the Prayer for the healer

578

Prayer for the healer: This is a prayer God gave me because when I did any kind of healing or blessing of places, there are times I feel drained or I pick up on the person’s ailment or vibration.

Here God is also saying that this is a prayer to do before healing, if you feel you must lay your hands on (pray over) someone.

Pray Psalm 51:7
Pray three Glory Be

Safeguard soap

You are germ free.

Prayer for the Healer

  • Pray Psalm 51:7
Purify me with hyssop till I am clean, wash me till I am whiter than snow.

  • Pray three Glory Be

About Hyssop: Hyssop is an herb with cleansing, medicinal, and flavoring properties. The Bible mentions hyssop several times, mostly in the Old Testament, for cleansing and purification33: This is also a prayer that a priest says during the blessing anything.
